New vehicles spawns question

Hi Guys,

I am just starting out with a new Epoch server and would like to know a couple of things.

 

Currently, the server is spawning vehicles with loot inside them. Not a lot but a few items like skins, food etc. I was wondering if there is anyway for me to manipulate this? i.e change the loot that spawns or even remove it?
